Irishtimes.com visits Stoney Road Press in Dublin’s East Wall to speak to printer James O’Nolan and author John Banville about a new book featuring authors such as Sam Shepard and Salman Rushdie that aims to raise money for Roddy Doyle’s charity Fighting Words. Just 150 copies of the limited edition book will be printed, costing €1,950 each.
