Citizens of Dublin give their views on Gay Byrne as presidential candidate

Veteran broadcaster Gay Byrne is considering a run for the presidency.
Mr Byrne (77) said Fianna Fáil leader Micheal Martin phoned him on Saturday saying Fianna Fáil Oireachtas members could facilitate the former Late, Late Show host’s nomination as an Independent candidate.
